Business centers requires a bigger investment in terms of how many products you have to buy as well as the training you and your employees have to undergo. However, business centers enjoy more benefits like getting a bigger discount rate.
Dealers are required to have a registered establishment in where it is placed as a “store” where people can buy our products. It doesn’t matter what products you sell or what type of service you offer, as long as your registration allows you to sell “general merchandise” then you can sell our products.

Requirements for being a business center:
1. Must have a registered business entity (please present business permit and valid ID)
2. Must have an office or a physical address where the items will be delivered to.
3. Must sign the Memorandum of Understanding for Business Centers.
4. Must purchase at least the Introductory Package (worth P26,000).
5. Must have at least one (1) full-time employee that has undergone the seminar.

QUOTA
- At least one (1) introductory package sold to dealers per month (one new dealer in the city).
- P78,000 worth of products (at business center’s discount) per quarter (quota is subject to change every quarter with at least 30 days of notice BUT NOT ALLOWING more than 20% in change).
PAYMENT SYSTEM
A 50% down payment is required before the items will be delivered whether for the introductory package or for the restocking orders. The rest of the payment should be paid within thirty (30) days after the items are delivered. The minimum restocking purchase is set at P10,000. The business center owner is free to choose whatever products are included in his orders.
INCENTIVE
The business center is able to enjoy a bonus amounting to 10% worth in stocks for every P50,000 order (cumulative) given that the restocking order/s is done in a single month.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Greenearth Technologies Solution, the manufacturing company, will handle the technical support. Dealers will be given a phone number in which they can easily ask for technical support.
BUSINESS CENTER FUNCTIONS
Business centers should perform the following (the functions will be stated again in the memorandum of understanding for business centers):
1. Disseminate correct information to the market.
2. Sell products.
3. Distribute to the dealers.
4. Market the products and the packages in the city where the business center is functioning.

The introductory package will be paid for upon delivery. Delivery of the restocks should still be paid for at 100% upon delivery and are set with a minimum price matching the introductory package (P3,800). However, the items included in the consecutive orders are in the choosing of the client while still enjoying the same discounts.
